Cuckoo Hill: The developer is starting to comply with the enforcement order.

Halstead: An application had been made for 200 homes on Bournebridge Hill.

Earls Colne: The application for riding stables at Nightingale Farm went before the planning committee on 25 January. CSCA has objected.

Ferriers Barn: Deadline for objections was 28 January. 30 had been received. Lawyers and a heritage expert had been retained.A new scheme meant that a decision on three or less houses could be delegated to the Planning officer.

Coggeshall: An application for the new gravel pit has not yet been submitted. There are hundreds of objections which will be submitted as evidence of local opposition. It is deemed unnecessary as there is an existing pit at Coggeshall Hamlet.
